2、 Prevent the invasion of pollutants from both assembly and use
1. Some processes use lubrication or cleaning fluid. In order not to leave the cleaning fluid on the surface of the parts and affect the assembly quality during assembly, uses compressed air to dry the parts, and then assemble them without wiping the parts with cloth and other fibers.
2. Control the temperature of hydraulic oil. Avoid working oil reaching high temperature to prevent oxidation and deterioration of hydraulic oil, resulting in various impurities.
3. Regularly check the hydraulic oil to be injected into the buffer, and conduct sampling inspection at regular intervals to analyze whether it has been polluted.
