1、 The selection of anti deterioration measures should be based on the type, type, capacity, operation mode and other factors of oil filled electrical equipment.
1. For oil immersed high-voltage transformers of 110kV and above, diaphragm sealed oil conservator or metal expander structure shall be adopted;
2. Power transformers with low voltage and small capacity shall be equipped with oil purifiers; For power transformers with high voltage and large capacity, sealed oil conservators should be installed;
3. The power transformer shall adopt at least one of the anti inferiority measures listed in the above article;
2、 To prolong the service life of transformer oil during operation, the following anti deterioration measures should be taken:
1. Add antioxidants (such as T501 antioxidants) to transformer oil to improve the oxidation stability of transformer oil.
2. Install transformer oil continuous regeneration device, namely oil purifier, to remove moisture, free carbon and other aging products in the oil;
3. Install transformer oil protection devices (including respirators and sealed oil conservators) to prevent the intrusion of moisture, oxygen and other impurities;
Therefore, in order to give full play to the effect of transformer oil anti deterioration measures, several anti deterioration measures should be used together and the monitoring and maintenance work should be done well.
For large capacity or important power transformers, two or more anti inferiority measures can be used together when necessary. During operation, overload and overtemperature operation modes that are sufficient to cause the deterioration of transformer oil quality should be avoided, and measures should be taken to remove gas, moisture, oil sludge and impurities in transformer oil on schedule. The normal operation of transformer oil in the transformer can be ensured only by refueling, oil replenishment and internal cleaning of the equipment during equipment inspection.
